After packing the machine, one of the legs was bent. I'm a coin dealer and needed the machine ASAP. I fixed it with a new screw that holds the leg on the unit. The factory screw was bent pretty bad. Also, the sorter struggles counting dimes. It jams alot on dimes.

I own a carwash and need this to sort and count change. We do a lot of change and all and all this product is fair to good. When you get it, you basically plug it in and turn it on. which was great. The first $500 it ran flawlessly, and I thought WOW this is awesome. Around $800 I thought Humm. It starts to jam pretty regularly. This machine is good and I probably would buy it again, but it does tend to jam often. When it jams it very easy to access the jam and clear it . I started applying a very small amount of WD40 to the rail which does seem to help but just know if you buy this it tends to jam. The second issue is the hopper only holds about $200 to $300 in change so if your running a huge amount of change you will be loading the hopper frequently. For the price its a decent product
