AccuBanker D585 Counterfeit Bill Detector
The D585 Counterfeit Bill Detector uses the latest technology to identify and authenticate bills at the point of sale. In less than a second, the D585 scans the bill, in any orientation, and displays the currency type and value. If a suspicious bill is detected, a warning beep sounds and an error message displays on the screen.
Advanced Counterfeit Detection: The D585 tests for seven different security features, including infrared marks (IR), ultraviolet marks (UV), and magnetic ink (MG), to immediately verify a banknote's authenticity. The unit also confirms the bills dimensions (length, width and thickness), and checks the bills for the proper watermarks and illustrations. If a suspect bill is detected, the device sounds a warning beep and displays an error message on it's high resolution display indicating why the bill failed the test.
Easy to Use: The D585 automatically feeds bills in any orientation, face up or face down. No need to insert bills in a specific way, eliminating the hassle of false negatives. The user can also switch between front and rear bill ejection with the press of a button.
Multiple Currency Detection: The D585 can identify and authenticate currency from multiple countries and display the results in multiple languages. Supported currencies include the US Dollar, the Euro, and the British Pound.
Battery Powered: The D585 includes a rechargeable battery for cordless operation. The battery can last up to 12 hours, and the unit goes into a low power consumption mode when idle, extending the battery life.
Reporting: As the user scans bills, the D585 displays the banknote type and denomination, the number of bills scanned, and the total value of the bills scanned. After the user has scanned all their bills, the D585 can display a breakdown report of the number of bills counted, their type and denomination, and the grand total value.
